We are a collaborative, close-knit team, with most staff based at Granta Park, Cambridge, and an additional administrative office in London.

Agencies are expensive and often ‘blanket’ us with prospective candidates that need careful filtering – we are busy people and may just miss you amongst the masses! We much prefer the personal approach where we can hear directly from you with your CV (prepared by you) accompanied by a suitable covering letter explaining why you believe that we should follow up on your application.

Recruitment Process

We carefully review every application — whether for an advertised role or a speculative one. Our process typically includes:

  1. Introductory Meeting – An informal remote meeting with team members.
  2. In-Person Interview – At our Cambridge or London offices. Depending on the role, this may include technical or aptitude tests (you’ll be fully briefed in advance).

While we aim to provide feedback to all applicants, the high volume of applications means this is not always possible at the initial stage.
